Dalam kesempatan tersebut, ia menegaskan bahwa Yudisium bukanlah akhir dari perjalanan, melainkan awal dari pengaplikasian ilmu di luar kampus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-72680\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-10-31-at-15.15.28-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1599\" height=\"899\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMenghadapi tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat, para lulusan tidak hanya meraih gelar profesi, tetapi juga harus mempersiapkan diri untuk mengambil spesialisasi di era yang terus berubah. Saya menekankan pentingnya kemandirian, pengembangan soft skill, serta upaya terus menerus dalam mengejar informasi yang relevan,&#8221; pesan rektor.<\/p>\n<p>Ketua Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan, Aryanti Wardiyah, Ns., M. Kep.,Sp.Kep.Mat, menyampaikan bahwa kali ini peserta yang mengikuti yudisium sebanyak 27 peserta Profesi Ners dan 47 peserta Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-72679\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-10-31-at-15.15.29.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1599\" height=\"899\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Prestasi akademis tertinggi diraih oleh beberapa mahasiswa, di antaranya Marlina Agustina dengan IPK 3.95, Mega Dewi Anggraini dengan IPK 3.91, Rachmat Rizkiawan dengan IPK 3.90 dari sarjana keperawatan, sedangkan, Mahda Afsani dengan IPK 4.00, Agung Budi Setiyawan dengan IPK 4.00, dan Anisa Nismawati dengan IPK 4.00 dari profesi ners.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan Wakil Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, H. Djunizar Djamaludin, S. Kep.,Ns.,MS, menyoroti pentingnya attitude, disiplin, dan soft skill dalam profesi keperawatan. \u201cetika, disiplin, dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik sangat krusial untuk keberhasilan dalam dunia keperawatan,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-72678\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-10-31-at-15.15.29-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1599\" height=\"899\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Hadir dalam acara ini, Wakil Sekretaris DPW PPNI Provinsi Lampung, Margono, S.
