Konferensi Internasional tentang Ekonomi, Sosial, dan Kemanusiaan (ICSH) tahun 2023 ini mengangkat tema &#8220;Kemunculan Hukum dan Ekonomi dalam Pandangan Globalisasi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rektor Achmad Farich menyoroti kebutuhan akan standar hukum baru dan peninjauan konsep dan aturan hukum internasional. Beliau menekankan bahwa masyarakat global yang semakin terintegrasi memunculkan perubahan signifikan dalam evolusi hukum internasional.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-73185\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231219-WA0010.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"902\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Perubahan struktural masyarakat internasional pasca Perang Dunia II, munculnya pemerintahan baru setelah proses dekolonisasi, dan pembentukan organisasi internasional seperti Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa menjadi sorotan dalam diskusi konferensi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDalam beberapa dekade terakhir, globalisasi ekonomi, didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi, memberikan dampak struktural pada evolusi hukum internasional. Integrasi pasar, jaringan komunikasi, dan transportasi telah mempercepat pertukaran produk dan layanan, serta komunikasi antarnegara\u201d, ucap rektor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-73184\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/IMG-20231219-WA0000.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"721\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rektor Achmad Farich berharap konferensi ini dapat memberikan kontribusi literatur dan referensi baru terkait konsep ekonomi, sosial, dan hukum dalam menghadapi kompleksitas tantangan global.
