Menurut Koordinator Bidang Data dan Informasi Stasiun Meteorologi Radin Inten II, Rudi Harianto, posisi matahari saat memasuki Oktober berada di sekitar ekuator dan bergerak menuju selatan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProvinsi Lampung yang terletak dekat belahan bumi selatan kini mengalami intensitas sinar matahari yang lebih kuat, membuat suhu siang hari terasa lebih panas,\u201d terangnya pada 19 Oktober 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Panas matahari yang tinggi ini bisa berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan, terutama jika tubuh tidak dilindungi dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut beberapa tips untuk menjaga tubuh tetap sehat di tengah teriknya cuaca:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h6>Minum Air yang Cukup<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Saat suhu meningkat, tubuh lebih cepat kehilangan cairan. Pastikan Anda minum minimal 8 gelas air sehari untuk menghindari dehidrasi. Hindari minuman berkafein atau bersoda yang justru dapat memperburuk dehidrasi.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h6>Pakai Pakaian yang Longgar dan Ringan<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kenakan pakaian yang berbahan ringan seperti katun dan berwarna terang untuk membantu tubuh tetap sejuk dan meminimalkan penyerapan panas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76298\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/panas.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"702\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h6>Gunakan Tabir Surya<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sinar UV yang meningkat dapat merusak kulit dan meningkatkan risiko kanker kulit. Gunakan tabir surya dengan SPF minimal 30 setiap kali keluar rumah dan ulangi pemakaiannya setiap dua jam, terutama setelah berkeringat atau berenang.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h6>Konsumsi Makanan yang Menghidrasi<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Makanan seperti buah-buahan segar, sayuran berdaun hijau, dan makanan dengan kandungan air tinggi seperti semangka, timun, dan jeruk dapat membantu menjaga cairan tubuh dan memberi nutrisi tambahan.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h6>Batasi Aktivitas di Luar Ruangan pada Puncak Panas<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Usahakan untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik di pagi atau sore hari ketika suhu lebih sejuk. Jika harus berada di luar pada siang hari, pastikan untuk sering beristirahat di tempat teduh dan menggunakan topi atau payung.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h6>Perhatikan Tanda-tanda Dehidrasi dan Heatstroke<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gejala dehidrasi seperti pusing, lelah berlebihan, mulut kering, dan jarang buang air kecil harus diwaspadai. Jika Anda mengalami mual, sakit kepala hebat, atau kulit memerah tanpa keringat, ini bisa menjadi tanda heatstroke yang memerlukan perhatian medis segera.
