Senin (28\/4\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Wakil Rektor I Bidang Akademik Prof. Dr. Dessy Hermawan, Ns., M.Kes., Wakil Rektor IV Bidang Kerjasama Drs. Suharman, M.Pd., M.Kes., serta para Dekan dan Wakil Dekan, Kepala dan Wakil Lembaga, Kepala Biro, Kepala Bagian, Kaprodi, dan Sekprodi di lingkungan Universitas Malahayati.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Dessy Hermawan, Ns., M.Kes., selaku Wakil Rektor I Bidang Akademik, memberikan arahan mengenai peningkatan kinerja Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dalam arahannya, beliau menegaskan pentingnya optimalisasi kinerja pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat melalui perencanaan strategis, budaya akademik yang sehat, dan capaian luaran dosen yang lebih berkualitas dan terukur.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Drs. Suharman, M.Pd., M.Kes., selaku Wakil Rektor IV Bidang Kerjasama, memberikan arahan terkait sinergi antar pimpinan dalam mendukung pencapaian visi Universitas Malahayati sebagai kampus yang unggul. Beliau menekankan bahwa kolaborasi lintas unit kerja menjadi kunci dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan tinggi yang semakin kompetitif.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-78209\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-04-30-at-09.13.15.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" \/>Selanjutnya, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dari para narasumber, yaitu:<\/p>\n<p>Dr. M. Arifki Zainaro, S.Kep., Ns., M.Kep. (Kepala LPMI), membahas instrumen Monitoring dan Evaluasi Tri Dharma serta strategi promosi mahasiswa baru;<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Erna Listyaningsih, S.E., M.Si. (Kepala LPPM), membahas target kinerja penelitian dan pengabdian dosen, peningkatan kualitas luaran jurnal Sinta 1 dan 2, serta pemanfaatan aplikasi Sinta;<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Iqbal, S.S. (Kepala Biro Akademik), memaparkan pelaksanaan perkuliahan, kelengkapan absensi dan kehadiran, kesesuaian pelaksanaan UTS, serta kelengkapan administrasi peserta UTS;<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad Sidiq, ST., MT. (Kepala Biro Umum), membahas prosedur ajuan kegiatan luar kampus;<\/p>\n<p>M. Ricko Gunawan, S.Kep., M.Kes. (Kepala Biro Kemahasiswaan), membahas kegiatan kemahasiswaan dan pembinaan mahasiswa berprestasi;<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Biro Kerjasama, membahas pengelolaan kegiatan kerjasama dan pelaksanaan kegiatan luar kampus.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan terselenggaranya Rapat Pimpinan ini, Universitas Malahayati memperkuat komitmen dalam membangun tata kelola perguruan tinggi yang berbasis kinerja, sinergi, dan mutu berkelanjutan menuju kampus unggul.
