Program ini ditujukan sebagai langkah pencegahan stuntin g sekaligus pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Rabu (20\/8\/2025).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-84652 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ea170db2-57f3-440b-9085-b54adb518021-397x705-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"397\" height=\"705\" srcset=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ea170db2-57f3-440b-9085-b54adb518021-397x705-1.jpeg 397w, https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ea170db2-57f3-440b-9085-b54adb518021-397x705-1-169x300.jpeg 169w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ketua Kelompok KKL, Juli Firmanto, menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari program kerja yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal yang bergizi tinggi. \u201cDaun kelor memiliki kandungan gizi yang luar biasa. Kami ingin mengajak masyarakat untuk mengolahnya menjadi makanan tambahan yang disukai anak-anak, sehingga bisa membantu mencegah stunting sejak dini,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini bertujuan antara lain: Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk tumbuh kembang anak. Memberdayakan ibu-ibu agar mampu mengolah bahan lokal bergizi secara mandiri. Mencegah stunting sejak dini, khususnya pada anak-anak dan balita yang berada dalam masa pertumbuhan emas (golden age).<\/p>\n<p>Selain praktik langsung pembuatan puding dan bakso daun kelor, mahasiswa juga memberikan penyuluhan tentang manfaat gizi kelor dan cara pengolahannya agar dapat diterapkan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan positif dari warga, terutama kalangan ibu-ibu, yang menilai inovasi ini praktis, sehat, dan mudah diaplikasikan di rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui program ini, Kelompok 32 KKL-PPM Universitas Malahayati berharap masyarakat Pekon Dadisari dapat terus memanfaatkan potensi pangan lokal sebagai upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan anak-anak dan mencegah stunting.
