Kali ini, mahasiswa memasuki Stase Keperawatan Dasar Profesi (KDP) yang berlangsung di Rumah Sakit Bintang Amin (RSBA) selama dua minggu, mulai 22 September hingga 5 Oktober 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-84569 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-22-at-15.49.05-1030x773-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"773\" srcset=\"https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-22-at-15.49.05-1030x773-1.jpeg 1030w, https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-22-at-15.49.05-1030x773-1-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-22-at-15.49.05-1030x773-1-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/malahayati.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-22-at-15.49.05-1030x773-1-705x529.jpeg 705w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini menjadi salah satu tahapan penting dalam proses pendidikan profesi Ners, di mana mahasiswa dituntut untuk mengasah kemampuan dasar keperawatan melalui pengalaman praktik langsung di lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sambutannya, Aryanti Wardiyah, Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Mat menekankan pentingnya kreativitas dan berpikir kritis dalam menjalani stase ini. \u201cMahasiswa Profesi Ners harus mampu berinovasi serta mengasah daya analisis, khususnya dalam pemenuhan kompetensi pada ranah keperawatan dasar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hal ini sangat penting agar mereka dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik di masa depan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Direktur RS Bintang Amin, dr. Rahmawati, MPH, menyampaikan dukungan penuh terhadap pelaksanaan stase mahasiswa Unmal. Ia menegaskan bahwa mahasiswa Profesi Ners harus selalu tampil profesional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMahasiswa harus lebih cakap, rapi, dan responsif. Hal ini akan menjadi bekal penting bagi mereka untuk terjun ke dunia kerja dan menghadapi dinamika pelayanan kesehatan,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum memasuki stase, mahasiswa juga telah mendapat pengarahan dari Koordinator Stase KDP, Setiawati, Ns., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.Anak. Ia menekankan agar seluruh peserta mengikuti panduan yang sudah tertuang dalam buku kerja. \u201cSelama praktik, mahasiswa diharapkan benar-benar memenuhi target capaian. Buku kerja sudah menjadi pedoman, sehingga tidak ada kebingungan mengenai apa yang harus dilakukan,\u201d pesannya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain sebagai bentuk implementasi kurikulum akademik, kegiatan ini juga menjadi wujud nyata dari kerja sama antara Program Studi Profesi Ners Universitas Malahayati dengan RS Bintang Amin. Kolaborasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas bagi mahasiswa sekaligus mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.
