Kunjungan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam persiapan pendirian pabrik produksi Biogenic Silver Nanoparticle Patch di Bandar Lampung.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan dimulai dengan pertemuan resmi bersama jajaran manajemen dan tim peneliti Hong Sheng Biotech. Dalam diskusi tersebut, kedua pihak membahas perkembangan teknologi produksi biogenic silver nanoparticles untuk aplikasi medis, mekanisme kerja antibakteri, serta standardisasi formula dan stabilitas produk untuk produksi skala industri. Pembahasan ini menjadi landasan penting dalam menyelaraskan kebutuhan industri dengan temuan riset akademik.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai perwakilan akademisi, Dwi Marlina Syukri, Ph.D memberikan pandangan mengenai aspek klinis serta potensi penggunaan <em>silver nanoparticle patch<\/em> dalam praktik kedokteran, mulai dari penyembuhan luka akut dan kronis hingga pencegahan infeksi. Pertemuan kemudian berlanjut pada pembahasan teknis pendirian fasilitas produksi di Bandar Lampung, mencakup rencana (Technology Transfer), kebutuhan infrastruktur berstandar Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), spesifikasi peralatan produksi, alur pengembangan produk, hingga strategi pembentukan rantai pasok bahan baku lokal.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua pihak juga menyusun tahapan implementasi yang meliputi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Pilot production<\/em> dan validasi proses<\/li>\n<li>Penyusunan dokumen registrasi BPOM<\/li>\n<li>Perencanaan uji klinis tahap awal di Indonesia<\/li>\n<li>Penyusunan MoU dan dokumen kerja sama resmi sebagai dasar keberlanjutan proyek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kunjungan ditutup dengan tur fasilitas laboratorium Hong Sheng Biotech untuk melihat langsung teknologi dan proses produksi yang menjadi acuan pada pendirian pabrik di Indonesia. Dalam kesempatan ini, disepakati pula komitmen untuk mempercepat persiapan pendirian pabrik Biogenic Silver Nanoparticle Patch di Bandar Lampung dan memperluas kerja sama riset antara kedua institusi.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kolaborasi ini, Universitas Malahayati diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam mendorong inovasi bioteknologi medis nasional dan menghadirkan produk nanopartikel yang efektif, aman, serta berdaya saing.<\/p>\n<p>Kunjungan ini bukan hanya langkah teknis, tetapi juga bukti nyata bahwa kolaborasi antara akademisi dan industri mampu membuka peluang besar bagi kemajuan riset dan teknologi kesehatan di Indonesia.
